O Caixa Atendente Jr. é responsável pelo controle e registro do consumo de alimentos e bebidas dos hóspedes, clientes e visitantes do resort, garantindo a correta conferência de planos alimentares, emissão de comandas, controle de informações operacionais e apoio às atividades administrativas e operacionais do setor de Alimentos & Bebidas.

Além das atividades de caixa e controle, atua como ponto de apoio para a operação do restaurante, room service e áreas de atendimento, contribuindo para a organização, agilidade e qualidade dos serviços prestados aos hóspedes.

Principais Atividades

Realizar o controle de acesso de hóspedes, clientes e colaboradores às refeições. Conferir planos de alimentação e validar consumos de acordo com a categoria contratada. Emitir e controlar comandas manuais e eletrônicas. Operar e atender solicitações de Room Service. Emitir, conferir e organizar relatórios operacionais e financeiros. Monitorar consumos e comunicar a equipe operacional quando houver necessidade de lançamento ou regularização. Controlar dispositivos eletrônicos utilizados na operação de comandas. Apoiar a organização documental e administrativa do setor. Realizar atendimento telefônico e suporte aos hóspedes em demandas relacionadas ao restaurante e serviços de alimentação. Controlar empréstimos de materiais de A&B, registrando entregas e devoluções. Auxiliar na organização, reposição e abastecimento das estações de serviço. Apoiar a equipe operacional em atividades de salão, transporte e higienização de louças quando necessário. Garantir a organização e abastecimento da Copa Baby. Cumprir os procedimentos internos de higiene, segurança e qualidade.
