The posting

En familj på Östermalm i Stockholm söker en erfaren och engagerad Family Manager / nanny som vill bli en långsiktig del av familjens vardag. Familjen består av två föräldrar och fyra barn i åldrarna 6, 13 och 17 år, där de yngsta är tvillingar. De bor i en lägenhet på cirka 170 kvm och söker en omtänksam och självgående person som kan kombinera barnomsorg med matlagning, hushållssysslor och praktisk avlastning. Tjänsten är på heltid med varierande och flexibla arbetstider, inklusive vissa kvällar och helger. Familjen önskar även att personen har möjlighet att följa med på resor, både inom Sverige och utomlands. Ett av familjens barn har typ 1-diabetes, vilket innebär att du behöver vara extra noggrann och villig att lära dig rutiner kring insulinpump, glukos sensor, blodsockerkontroller. Familjen ger dig introduktioner kring detta.

Arbetsuppgifter: Hämta och lämna barn vid skola och fritidsaktiviteter och vara en närvarande vuxen för barnen. Hjälpa till med barnens dagliga rutiner och Planera in roliga aktiviteter. Följa med familjen på aktiviteter och resor vid behov. Göra inköp och laga middagar, gärna involvera barnen i matlagning och bakning. Tvätt, vikning, klädvård och organisering av garderober samt löpande underhåll av hemmet. Organisering och inköp till gemensamma utrymmen. Självständigt se vad som behöver göras och ta ansvar för hushållets dagliga skötsel.

Vi söker dig som: Har gedigen erfarenhet av barnomsorg, familjeliv och hushållsarbete, tidigare erfarenhet inom vård eller omsorg är meriterande. Är varm, omtänksam, mogen och trygg i dig själv samt självgående och organiserad. Tycker om matlagning, bakning och att skapa ett välkomnande hem. Är noggrann med städning, hygien och ordning. Har B-körkort och är en trygg och erfaren bilförare. Talar och förstår svenska obehindrat. Är rök- och snusfri.

Familjen ser mycket positivt på äldre kandidater med bakgrund inom vård eller omsorg, exempelvis som sjuksköterska eller undersköterska. Tidigare erfarenhet av barn med typ 1-diabetes är meriterande. Start: Enligt överenskommelse Är du den vi söker? Varmt välkommen med din ansökan!
