In dieser spannenden Funktion übernimmst du Verantwortung für die operative Personalarbeit und unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden sowie Führungskräfte kompetent und dienstleistungsorientiert.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Hauptverantwortung bei der monatlichen Lohnverarbeitung für rund 200 Mitarbeitende
  • Mitverantwortung für die gesamte Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Unterstützung im Rekrutierungsprozess von der Ausschreibung bis zur Vertragserstellung
  • Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender HR\-Prozesse \& Unterstützung in HR\-Projekten, sowie Implemenierung von Abacus

Dein Profil

  • Weiterbildung als HR\-Fachperson mit eidg. Fachausweis oder Payroll Spezialist
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Payroll und Sozialversicherungswesen (zwingend 2\-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie digitale Affinität; Kenntnisse in PEP und Lobos sind ein Plus
  • Selbstständige, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, diskrete und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit Hands on Mentalität
  • Positive und humorvolle Art sowie Freude am Kontakt mit Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
  • Belastbar, zuverlässig und auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld gut organisiert und flexibel einsetzbar
