Profissional para atuar nos processos de suprimentos e compras nacionais e internacionais, realizando cotações, negociações comerciais, emissão e acompanhamento de pedidos e contratos por meio do sistema SAP, assegurando as melhores condições de preço, qualidade, prazo, pagamento e fornecimento. Realizar a prospecção, homologação e avaliação de fornecedores, bem como o acompanhamento das requisições, fluxos documentais e processos de aquisição. Monitorar indicadores, controles e resultados da área, realizando follow-up contínuo e identificando riscos e possíveis desvios nos projetos. Garantir a conformidade dos processos com as políticas, normas e diretrizes de compliance da companhia, atuando de forma integrada com as áreas de logística, qualidade, engenharia, inspeção, diligenciamento, projetos, fiscal e jurídico. Demonstrar capacidade de negociação, comunicação eficaz, relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe, com flexibilidade para atuar sob pressão, adaptar-se às mudanças de prioridades e disponibilidade para viagens.

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

  • Vivência com trabalho sobre pressão, mudanças constantes na programação e na rotina dos projetos;
  • Conhecimento e domínio no sistema SAP;
  • Realizar cotações e processos de compra para o time de projetos da empresa, buscando as melhores condições comerciais;
  • Negociar com fornecedores nacional e internacional, condições de entrega, condições de pagamento, termos e condições gerais de fornecimento, revisões de desenhos, procedimentos, especificações etc.;
  • Formalizar pedidos e contratos de compras nacional e internacionais no sistema SAP, além de acompanhar todo o fluxo documental necessário;
  • Buscar e homologar novos fornecedores, garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões e requisitos da empresa;
  • Avaliar e selecionar fornecedores com base nos critérios de qualidade, preço, prazo de entrega e capacidade de atendimento;
  • Negociar e acompanhar as requisições/pedidos de compra das categorias sobre a sua responsabilidade, garantindo formalidade de toda a documentação;
  • Capacidade de identificar e mitigar riscos relacionado aos projetos junto ao cliente interno e externo;
  • Realizar follow-up contínuo das suas categorias para atuar preventivamente em possíveis desvios;
  • Manter atualizadas as planilhas, controles e indicares da área de suprimentos;
  • Analisar indicadores e informação da área gerando dados para apoiar a tomada de decisão;
  • Garantir que os processos de compras estejam alinhados as normas, políticas e procedimentos internos;
  • Facilidade de trabalhar em grupo como um time, bom relacionamento interpessoal, boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Facilidade de trabalhar junto as demais áreas internas como logística, qualidade, engenharia, inspeção, diligenciamento, projetos, fiscal, jurídico, compliance e outros;
  • Garantir atendimento pleno ao compliance da companhia nas relações junto aos clientes internos e externos;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens.

REQUISITOS

  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em compras de projetos para indústrias de grande porte;
  • Inglês avançado (fala/escrita);
  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Comercio Exterior, Economia e/ou correlatas.
  • Domínio do pacote office, especialmente excel;

DESEJÁVEIS

  • Inglês fluente;
  • Ter atuado em compras de acessórios e equipamentos submarinos em empresa de grande porte;
  • Ter atuado em suprimentos para empresas no ramo de Oil & Gás;

PERFIL

Uma pessoa comunicativa, com postura firme, organizada, analítica, negociadora e orientada para resultados do time, que tenha facilidade para acompanhar processos críticos de projetos, lidar com fornecedores complexos, analisar informações críticas e transformar dados em decisões assertivas.
