Wat zal je moeten doen?

Als Information Security Officer ben jij een cruciale schakel in het versterken van ons veiligheidsbeleid. Je draagt actief bij aan de implementatie van de NIS2-richtlijn en helpt organisaties hun securitystrategie naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je implementeert en bewaakt het informatieveiligheidsbeleid binnen je organisatie(s).
  • Je vertaalt strategische en tactische beveiligingsbehoeften naar concrete, realistische maatregelen.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses uit op diverse niveaus en stuurt risicobeheersing aan.
  • Je monitort securityrisico’s en initieert verbeteringen.
  • Je leidt projecten rond informatiebeveiliging en security awareness.
  • Je fungeert als key expert en aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je bouwt mee aan opleidingen en documentatie rond informatieveiligheid.

Extra voor Senior-profielen

Als senior neem je een natuurlijke voortrekkersrol op:

  • je bent buddy en mentor voor junior collega’s,
  • je stuurt mee de richting van de Partnerdienst Informatieveiligheid,
  • je neemt ownership en durft knopen doorhakken in complexe dossiers.

Je wordt een inhoudelijke referentie voor belangrijke entiteiten binnen de Vlaamse overheid.

Wat jij van ons mag verwachten

Vlaanderen connect biedt een contract van 38 uur voor onbepaalde duur en een competitief salarispakket met:

  • Een aantrekkelijke bruto verloning (salaris tussen 3920 EUR en 5300 EUR, afhankelijk van ervaring, competenties en potentieel)
  • Een bonussysteem op basis van vast te leggen doelstellingen
  • 28 dagen verlof en extra wettelijke feestdagen (11/07, 02/11 en 15/11).
  • Een mobiliteitsbudget van 810 EUR/maand
  • Maaltijdcheques van 8 euro/dag (eigen bijdrage 1,09 euro/dag)
  • Een forfaitaire onkostenvergoeding van 165 EUR/maand
  • Een hospitalisatieverzekering (je kan gezinsleden aansluiten)
  • Een groepsverzekering (4% werkgeversbijdrage en 1% werknemersbijdrage)

Jouw talenten en vaardigheden

We zoeken een enthousiaste, proactieve professional die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, kansen ziet en security naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Opleiding & ervaring

  • Minimaal een bachelordiploma in een relevant domein.
  • Minstens 6 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Ervaring binnen de Vlaamse overheid is een plus.

Vaktechnisch

Je hebt kennis van:

  • Europese regelgeving zoals NIS2, CRA, …
  • Industriestandaarden (ISO 27000-reeks, CyFun, NIST, OWASP, …)
  • Audit- en governance-principes
  • Basis IT-infrastructuur: cloud, netwerken, werkplekbeveiliging, applicatiebeheer

Certificaten zoals ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISSP, CISM, CRISK of Security+ zijn een sterk voordeel — of je bent bereid ze te behalen.

Persoonsgebonden competenties

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en brengt complexe materie helder over.
  • Je werkt oplossingsgericht en behoudt moeiteloos het overzicht.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt vooruit en durft beslissen.
