  • Recognised degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent qualification appropriate to the discipline.
  • At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in resident or site supervision.
  • Experience supervising at least one large-scale, complex building development of comparable nature.
  • Valid registration/accreditation under the applicable IES/ACES RE/RTO Registry for the relevant discipline, maintained throughout deployment.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices, M&E quality control, testing/commissioning and authority requirements.
