  • Recognised diploma or degree in Architecture, Building or equivalent qualification acceptable to the Employer and appropriate to the role.
  • At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in site supervision.
  • Hands-on experience in architectural inspections, quality control, site records and defect rectification.
  • Must satisfy applicable prevailing professional registration or accreditation requirements for the role.
  • Good knowledge of architectural finishes, façade coordination and Singapore construction practices.
