  • sichere und zuverlässige Beförderung unserer Fahrgäste im Rufbus-Verkehr
  • Verkauf und Kontrolle von Fahrkarten und Fahrausweisen
  • Informationen für unsere Fahrgäste über Tarife und Streckenverbindungen

Das bringst Du mit

  • gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B und Personenbeförderungsschein (FEV §48)
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • freundliches, sachliches Auftreten und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit
  • Bereitschaft zum Erwerb der Fahrerlaubnis Klasse D/DE und der Berufskraftfahrer-Qualifikation in unserer hauseigenen Fahrschule
  • idealerweise Ortskenntnisse im Bedienungsgebiet der Betriebsstelle (eine Einarbeitung erfolgt durch die Fahrdienstleitung)

Das bieten wir dir

  • eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle (39h/Woche) im Schichtdienst (Früh- und Spätschicht), Teilzeit möglich
  • eine Vergütung nach dem Tarifvertrag Nahverkehr Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (TV-N MV) in der Entgeltgruppe 4 einschließlich tariflicher Zuschläge und Zulagen sowie einer Jahressonderzahlung in Höhe von 85 % eines Monatsentgelts
  • die Anerkennung einschlägiger Berufserfahrung als Fahrer/in mit Personenbeförderungsschein und eine entsprechende Einstufung in die Erfahrungsstufen 2 bis 4
  • einen Zuschuss zu vermögenswirksamen Leistungen
  • zahlreiche Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, beispielsweise die Qualifizierung zum Kraftverkehrsmeister (IHK)
