RESUMEN DEL PUESTO

Da seguimiento y soporte al cumplimiento del reporte de mantenimiento preventivo, asegurando que los equipos de los procesos y de la planta funcionen correctamente y de manera eficiente. Ejecuta mantenimientos preventivos, reparaciones correctivas, instalaciones y trabajos de limpieza de equipos conforme a las indicaciones del supervisor de mantenimiento o encargados de área.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

  • Realizar recorrido y revisión diaria del plan de mantenimiento preventivo de todos los procesos de la planta.
  • Llevar a cabo mantenimientos preventivos de acuerdo con el plan indicado por el supervisor de mantenimiento.
  • Ejecutar reparaciones y mantenimientos correctivos necesarios para mantener los equipos funcionando.
  • Realizar instalaciones conforme a las indicaciones del supervisor de mantenimiento o encargados de área.
  • Ejecutar trabajos de mantenimiento y limpieza de equipos requeridos por el supervisor de mantenimiento.
  • Mantener el taller de mantenimiento de procesos ordenado y limpio.
  • Mantener actualizado el inventario de partes y herramientas.

REQUERIMIENTOS

  • Formación académica: Técnico electromecánico, técnico en mantenimiento industrial, carrera técnica afín o carrera de ingeniería incompleta que cumpla con la experiencia requerida para el perfil del puesto.
  • Experiencia: 3 años.
  • Idioma: 50%.
  • Conocimientos: conocimiento básico de control (PLC); instalaciones eléctricas; bombas centrífugas y de diafragma; instalaciones de plomería en PVC, cédula 80, tubería galvanizada y sistemas de tubería ranurada tipo Victaulic.
  • Habilidades y aptitudes: actitud positiva, trabajo en equipo, trabajo bajo presión, disponibilidad de horario, proactividad y capacidad para llevar a cabo trabajos asignados con un mínimo de supervisión.
