Deine Mission als Field Sales Manager:in (Region Dresden / Leipzig) ist es, vly in die Regale des Lebensmitteleinzelhandels zu bringen.

Deine Rolle:

  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Betreuung unserer Großkunden vor Ort, vorwiegend Rewe & Edeka.
  • Du akquirierst neue Supermärkte und verantwortest deren Beratung und Betreuung.
  • Du sorgst für eine 100%ige Distribution und übernimmst die Umsetzung von Aktionen und Promotions in den Regalen der Supermärkte.
  • Du bist das Gesicht von vly - nicht nur in der Region Berlin sondern auch auf Messen und Veranstaltungen. Gelegentlich außerhalb von Berlin. Hier ergreifst du Chancen für den Ausbau von Beziehungen.

Dein Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung. Durch Deine Erfahrung in der Außendienstbetreuung von Handelspartnern bei einem LEH-Unternehmen kennst du Dich bereits gut im Handel aus: Chep, NR, Display, EAN – das alles sind keine Fremdwörter für Dich.
  • Ausbildung. Du hast eine Berufsausbildung, ein Studium oder Trainee-Programm abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Sales.
  • Ambition. Du magst Herausforderungen und verhandelst gerne. Du schreckst weder vor Zahlen, noch Excel oder Powerpoint zurück, um deine Erfolge sichtbar zu machen.
  • Leidenschaft. Du bist ein freundlich-beharrliches Verkaufstalent und ein Energiebündel.
  • Neugier. Du hast Spaß an innovativen Produkten und kannst Dich mit dem "Healthy Lifestyle" identifizieren.
  • Sprachkenntnisse. Dein Deutsch ist hervorragend, dein Englisch fließend.
  • Startup. Du fühlst Dich in einer Start-Up Kultur mit flachen Hierarchien und vielen Möglichkeiten wohl.
