Je volgt projecten op van start tot oplevering, zodat ze vooruitgaan en goed landen.

  • Je coördineert planning, budget en uitvoering
  • Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit en budget
  • Je houdt je projecten op koers, ook bij hoge complexiteit
  • Je zorgt voor strikte opvolging, onder andere via up-to-date dashboards
  • Je verzorgt het contact met klanten, leveranciers en interne teams

  • Bachelor of Master (techniek, bouw, elektromechanica), of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Affiniteit met technische installaties (elektriciteit, gebouwbeheersystemen, koeling, HVAC, sanitair, …)
  • Je werkt planmatig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je communiceert vlot en zorgt ervoor dat mensen aan boord zijn en blijven
  • Je kan werken met tools, zoals MS Project en Office 365.
