Als Site Supervisor Industrial Automation stuur je de uitvoering van industriële automatiseringsprojecten op de werf aan. Je coördineert medewerkers en onderaannemers, bewaakt de planning en kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig en volgens de afspraken verlopen. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de klant en werkt nauw samen met de Project Manager, engineering en operations.

  • Organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de werf voor industriële automatiseringsprojecten.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van techniekers, monteurs en onderaannemers.
  • Opvolgen van de uitvoeringsplanning, taakverdeling en voortgang; tijdig bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Toezien op de correcte uitvoering van elektrische en automatiseringswerken volgens plannen, schema’s en technische specificaties.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, veiligheid en orde en netheid op de werf.
  • Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie met de klant en interne teams.
  • Technische en organisatorische problemen analyseren en samen met de betrokken partijen oplossingen uitwerken.
  • Afstemmen met de Project Manager, engineering en andere projectteams over wijzigingen, materialen en werfbehoeften.
  • Controleren of materialen, gereedschappen en documentatie beschikbaar zijn voor de uitvoering.
  • Opvolgen van werfadministratie, voortgangsrapporten en relevante technische documentatie.
  • Ondersteunen bij testen, opstart en indienststelling van industriële automatiseringsinstallaties.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het coördineren van werkzaamheden en het aansturen van uitvoerende teams op de werf.
  • Je kan elektrische schema’s en technische plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Kennis van industriële automatisering, PLC-systemen en instrumentatie is een sterke troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, collega’s en onderaannemers en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor duidelijke afspraken.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, houdt het overzicht en gaat proactief om met wijzigingen en onverwachte situaties.
  • Veilig werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend en je spreekt anderen aan wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed; kennis van het Frans of Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid om naar projectlocaties te reizen.
