Principais Responsabilidades

  • Realizar a abertura de chamados e tarefas no sistema de gestão da agência, detalhando briefings e especificações para a fila de trabalho do time de criação.
  • Apoiar o relacionamento diário com os clientes, auxiliando no recebimento de demandas, envio de materiais para aprovação e repasse de solicitações de ajuste.
  • Realizar a gestão e o acompanhamento contínuo do status das tarefas, zelando pelo cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos nas pautas.
  • Auxiliar na organização de pautas internas, agendamento de reuniões de alinhamento e elaboração de relatórios simples de status (status report).
  • Manter o histórico de aprovações e arquivos organizados no sistema de gestão de projetos.

Requisitos

  • Graduação: Cursando Ensino Superior em Publicidade e Propaganda
  • Perfil Profissional: Excelente comunicação interpessoal (verbal e escrita), alto grau de organização, disciplina para acompanhamento de rotinas e bom relacionamento em equipe.
  • Ferramentas: Domínio básico a intermediário de ferramentas do Pacote Office ou Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Disponibilidade: Disponibilidade para cumprir a carga horária de estágio estipulada (30 horas semanais).

Diferenciais

  • Familiaridade com software ou plataformas de gestão de projetos e tarefas (ex.: Asana, Trello, Monday, iClips ou similares).
  • Participação em projetos acadêmicos, agências experimentais ou eventos da área de comunicação.
