Procuramos um/a profissional de marketing digital freelancer, com base em Lisboa, com base analítica e mentalidade estratégica, para colaborar com as nossas equipas no desenho e na execução de soluções digitais para clientes. A tua missão será ajudar a identificar alavancas de crescimento, apoiar-te em dados para propor ações e contribuir para o crescimento sustentável dos nossos clientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Participarás num projeto internacional do setor energético, sendo o elo de ligação entre o cliente e os seus stakeholders.
  • Colaborar com especialistas de Analítica, Design, Paid Media, Tecnologia, Research, Data Science ou SEO, contribuindo com a tua visão e ajudando a integrar as suas perspetivas nas iniciativas do projeto.
  • Analisar dados de diferentes fontes e plataformas para compreender o negócio do cliente, detetar oportunidades e propor melhorias.
  • Propor e definir ações para melhorar de forma constante os resultados, ligando cada tarefa aos objetivos de negócio do cliente.
  • Contribuir para o impacto em todas as fases do funil, tanto em projetos de captação (aquisição de tráfego, melhoria da conversão, redução do custo de aquisição) como de melhoria do customer lifetime value (onboarding, retenção, cross-selling).

Requisitos

  • 🌐 Idiomas: Português nativo ou bilingue. Espanhol de nível médio-alto. Inglês de nível médio-alto.
  • 📍 Residência em Lisboa (imprescindível). A função exige deslocações de 2 a 3 dias por semana aos escritórios do cliente.
  • ⌛ 3-4 anos de experiência em marketing digital.
  • 💼 Experiência prévia em consultoria ou em ambientes de agência com clientes (valorizada).
  • 🛠️ Experiência em estratégias ou projetos com visão full funnel.
  • 🧠 Capacidade de pensamento estratégico: compreender o porquê das ações, interpretar dados para propor melhorias e antecipar o impacto no negócio.
  • Capacidade para trabalhar de forma autónoma e organizada, com boa comunicação com equipas distribuídas.
