Stage per Veeva PromoMats & Content Management Specialist

Siamo alla ricerca di una persona brillante e precisa da inserire in stage all'interno del nostro team Account. La persona selezionata supporterà la gestione e il caricamento dei materiali di comunicazione scientifica e promozionale all'interno della piattaforma Veeva Vault PromoMats e simili.

Lavorando a stretto contatto con i team Account, Medical e Copywriting, il/la tirocinante acquisirà competenze specialistiche nell'intero ciclo di vita dei contenuti digitali del settore Life Sciences: dalla formattazione e classificazione degli asset fino all'attività cardine di claims linking e reference anchoring (ancoraggio bibliografico), essenziale per garantire la compliance scientifico-regolatoria prima del processo approvativo (MLR review).

Principali Attività e Percorso Formativo

Durante il percorso di stage, la persona sarà formata e coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:

1. Preparazione degli Asset e della Libreria Fonti

  • Verifica preliminare: Analisi dei materiali di comunicazione in ingresso (es. e-detail/visual aid, brochure, presentazioni, DEM, landing page) per verificare la completezza degli allegati e della bibliografia di supporto.
  • Source Library Management: Ricerca, verifica e caricamento su Veeva Vault delle fonti bibliografiche ufficiali (articoli scientifici, linee guida, report) in formato PDF clean, creando i relativi record di tipo Reference.

2. Caricamento dei Contenuti (Upload & Tagging)

  • Creazione del documento: Caricamento dei materiali selezionando la corretta tassonomia di sistema (Document Type, Subtype, Classification).
  • Compilazione Metadati: Inserimento puntuale di tutti i metadati richiesti (Prodotto, Mercato/Paese, Target audience, Codice materiale, scadenze).

3. Ancoraggio Bibliografico (Core Task: Claims & Reference Linking)

  • Link Annotation: Navigazione nel documento e inserimento delle annotazioni di tipo Link in corrispondenza di ogni claim (asserzione scientifica o commerciale).
  • Ancoraggio al Testo: Collegamento puntuale di ciascun claim alla pagina e alla porzione esatta di testo evidenziata all'interno del PDF della referenza scientifica di supporto.
  • Gestione Claims Standard: Mappatura e riutilizzo dei Product Claims standardizzati per garantire coerenza trasversale tra i materiali dello stesso brand.

4. Gestione del Flusso di Approvazione (Workflow & Versioning)

  • Avvio Workflow: Configurazione e lancio del flusso di approvazione medica/legale/regolatoria (MLR Review), assegnando i task ai corretti approvatori di riferimento.
  • Monitoraggio & Versioning: Monitoraggio dei commenti dei revisori, interfaccia con il team creativo per le modifiche richieste e caricamento delle nuove versioni (Make New Version), assicurando l'integrità e l'aggiornamento degli ancoraggi bibliografici.

5. Finalizzazione e Archiviazione

  • Distribuzione: Passaggio allo stato di Approved/Steady State per l'abilitazione dei materiali sui canali di destinazione (es. Veeva CRM tramite CLM o Approved Email).
  • Lifecycle Management: Supporto nel monitoraggio delle scadenze e nei processi di ritiro (Withdrawal) o riapprovazione dei materiali.

6. Supporto Operativo al Team Account & Project Management

  • Affiancamento continuativo: Collaborazione a stretto contatto con figure Middle del team Account nella gestione operativa quotidiana delle commesse e dei progetti cliente.
  • Coordinamento interno: Supporto nel flusso di comunicazione tra i diversi reparti (creativo, medical, copywriter) per garantire il corretto recepimento dei brief e dei feedback legati alla piattaforma Veeva.
  • Monitoraggio timeline e consegne: Partecipazione alla stesura di status report, verbali di allineamento e monitoraggio delle scadenze per assicurare il puntuale rispetto delle milestone di progetto e delle finestre di approvazione.

SKILLS

Formazione: Laurea (triennale o magistrale) in Comunicazione/Marketing Digitale con forte interesse per l'ambito Healthcare/Pharma o in alternativa Laurea (triennale o magistrale) in discipline scientifiche (Biotecnologie, CTF, Farmacia, Biologia, Chimica).

Attenzione al dettaglio: Precisione meticolosa, rigore analitico e pazienza nella verifica di testi e note bibliografiche.

Competenze linguistiche: Buona/ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (necessaria per la consultazione di paper e studi scientifici internazionali).

Competenze digitali: Ottima familiarità con l'uso del PC, pacchetto Office e Adobe Acrobat Pro e principali LLM.

Soft skills: Buona predisposizione al lavoro in team, orientamento al rispetto delle scadenze (deadline) e capacità di organizzare le priorità.
