Seit über 30 Jahren entwickeln wir bei VMT Vermessungslösungen für den Tunnelbau und die Industrievermessung. Mit mehr als 2.700 erfolgreichen Tunnelvortrieben weltweit sind wir führend in den Bereichen Navigation, Produktionsmanagement und Prozessmonitoring.

Unsere Systeme optimieren den Tunnelbau – von der Navigation für Tunnelbohrmaschinen bis hin zu Lösungen für die Tübbingproduktion und das Sicherheitsmonitoring. Zudem bieten wir hochpräzise Automatisierungslösungen für Fertigungsprozesse.

Mit mehr als 220 Mitarbeitenden weltweit und als Teil des Herrenknecht-Konzerns setzen wir in komplexen Infrastrukturprojekten kontinuierlich neue Maßstäbe.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Projektteams im Bereich Navigation am Standort Bruchsal (bei Karlsruhe) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Servicetechniker/ Systemtechniker im Projektteam (m/w/d) im Bereich Navigation Tunnelbau.

Deine Mission

  • Projektabwicklung weltweit: Nach einer Einarbeitungszeit übernimmst du selbstständig die organisatorische, technische und betriebswirtschaftliche Abwicklung der dir zugeteilten Projekte weltweit.
  • Vermessungs- und Installationsaufgaben: Du überprüfst die Planungsunterlagen, führst Netzmessungen, Absteckungen sowie Tunnelvermessungen durch und setzt unsere Navigations- und Informationssysteme in Betrieb.
  • Kundenbetreuung: Du schulst unsere Kunden in der Anwendung der Navigations- und Zusatzsysteme und bleibst während des gesamten Projekts ihr kompetenter Ansprechpartner.

Das zeichnet dich aus

  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Vermessungstechniker (Vermessungswesen, Geodäsie, Geoinformation, Bauingenieurwesen oder artverwandt) oder
  • eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Bauwesen (z. B. Hoch- und Tiefbau, Straßenbau, Elektriker, Mechatroniker, Techniker, Quereinsteiger mit fundierter Praxiserfahrung). Studienabbrecher mit relevantem Fachwissen sind ebenfalls willkommen.
  • Hohe Reiseflexibilität ist entscheidend: Du bringst eine uneingeschränkte Bereitschaft für weltweite Projekteinsätze mit (ca. 60 % der Arbeitszeit). Kurzfristige Reiseantritte stellen für dich kein Problem dar, und du genießt die Abwechslung.
  • Organisationstalent und Soft Skills: Du zeichnest dich durch sehr hohe Eigenorganisation, Improvisationsfähigkeit und lösungsorientiertes Handeln aus. Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten runden dein Profil ab.
