Description des tâches:Au sein d'un magasin de mode pour l'homme, la dame et l'enfant (sous l'enseigne « Loulou», magasin de vêtementsde marque pour dames. Vous êtes responsable de la prise en charge du client : l'accueillir avec le sourire, l'informeret le conseiller, lui présenter les articles correspondant à sa demande sont les règles de base.Vous êtes à ladisposition du client et le servez en tenant compte de ses envies et besoins.Vous veillez également à ce que lemagasin soit toujours rangé et propre, vous assurez donc le pliage et la bonne présentation des articles.Votre fonction est polyvalente, vous accomplissez les tâches suivantes :• Accueillir et conseiller la clientèle, procéderà la vente et à l'encaissement (gestion des cartes de fidélité)• Tenue de la caisse• Réception de la marchandise• Gestion du stock, de sa rotation, du réassort• Réorganiser les rayons de façon périodique (tous les 15 jours environ)• Participer au rangement des vêtements en magasin et en réserve• Encodage du stock (connaissance en Excelabsolument nécessaire)• Gérer le retour d'articles défectueux• Gérer les réservations et les commandes d'articlespour la clientèle• S'assurer de la bonne tenue du magasin (rangement, présentation, propreté)• Mettre en valeurl'espace commercial dans le respect du concept et des directives• Effectuer une veille concurrentielle régulière(nouvelles marques, nouvelles idées, s'inspirer ailleurs)• Assurer un suivi irréprochable lors d'une demandespécifique de la clientèle• Avoir un oeil attentif partout (aussi pour la prévention contre les vols)• Motiver l'équipe• Veiller au bon fonctionnement et à la bonne tenue du magasinSoyez :• Dynamique, motivé et motivant• Attentif,responsable et rigoureux• Jovial et poli• Disponible les samedis, dimanches • Maîtrisez les techniques de vente• Maîtrise du français et de l'allemand à l'oral• Ayez une bonne présentation
