1、2027年毕业，机电、电气、暖通、机械等相关专业； 2、能接受白夜休休工作制（第一天白班，第二天夜班，第三天休息、第四天休息）； 3、能保证较长的实习时间，持续实习到毕业前； 4、了解空调制冷、UPS、发电机、配电等设备的相关专业知识； 5、需要持高压或低压证书，或在实习结束前考取； 6、具有一定的文档编写能力，性格开朗活泼，做事认真，吃苦耐劳，责任心强具有强的团队精神。
