Au sein d'une équipe resserrée avec une forte ambition de transformation, vous accompagnez le Responsable Client Care dans le cadrage, le pilotage et le déploiement opérationnel des grands projets digitaux, outils et processus du Service Client.

🔍Missions principales

  • Projets Retours & Logistique : Pilotage de l'intégration Narvar API et du parcours de retour en self-service Automatic Return (automatisation, étiquettes, remboursements avec l'IT, TMA et Logistique).
  • IA & Messaging : Cadrage du bot client, déploiement de Copilot pour les conseillers, scénarisation du Proactive Messaging et paramétrage de l'outil de Quality Monitoring IA.
  • Opérations & Retail : Coordination de la continuité de service internationale et définition du routage des appels boutiques.
  • Animation : Structuration et animation du réseau d'Ambassadeurs Client Care.

💡 Compétences requises

  • Technique : Maîtrise concrète de l'administration et du paramétrage Zendesk.
  • Posture : Très opérationnel, agile et proactif ; capable d'alterner vision d'ensemble et gestion terrain.
  • Coordination : Capacité à faire le lien entre le Care, l'IT, la TMA, la Logistique, le CRM et les prestataires externes jusqu'à la mise en service.
