Descriptif du poste :

Votre rôle en tant que Release Manager est de coordonner les équipes, arbitrer les Go/No-Go et faire le lien entre le technique et le métier sur tous les scopes. (Toute Stack, majorité Salesforce)

Missions principales :

Pilotage & coordination

  • Planifier et coordonner les releases sur l'ensemble des scopes
  • Être proactif : aller au-devant des équipes, organiser rapidement des réunions de synchronisation
  • Maintenir une connaissance suffisante de tous les scopes pour dialoguer avec chaque squad

Arbitrage & validation

  • Arbitrer les décisions de Go/No-Go
  • Valider les livrables avant déploiement
  • Gérer les risques et les dépendances entre scopes
  • Rédiger et diffuser les release notes

Communication & vulgarisation

  • Présenter et vulgariser les features déployées auprès des squads et des parties prenantes
  • Rendre le contenu d'une release compréhensible pour tous les publics (technique et métier)
  • Être l'interlocuteur des PPO : besoins, jalons, alignement

Support Technique

  • Comprendre les pipelines CI/CD et Branching GitHub pour dialoguer avec les équipes (Environnement Salesforce & Fullstack)
  • Comprendre le cycle de déploiement Salesforce (Sandboxes, SFDX/CLI, métadonnées) et savoir pour évaluer l'impact et le risque d'une release.
  • Identifier un blocage (job KO, bug de pipeline) en autonomie et orienter vers la bonne équipe

Profil recherché

  • Excellent communicant, à l'aise à l'oral comme à l'écrit (Anglais Indispensable)
  • Capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques pour des publics variés
  • Posture proactive et de leadership : provoque les échanges, n'attend pas
  • Vision d'ensemble et hauteur de vue sur tous les sujets
  • Rigueur : planification, gestion des risques, arbitrage sous pression
