Le Lab IA est notre laboratoire de recherche et développement (R&D) dédié à l'innovation en intelligence artificielle, data science et technologies émergentes. Nos travaux portent sur les systèmes d'IA agentique : orchestration multi agents, fiabilité et observabilité des plans longs, évaluation et auditabilité, spécialisation de modèles, au service de cas concrets pour nos clients. Nos résultats donnent lieu à des publications scientifiques.

Les thèmes de la mission : Revue de littérature sur des sujets de pointe en IA (systèmes agentiques, raisonnement et calcul à l'inférence, post training, apprentissage par renforcement) Conception et implémentation de systèmes multi agents : orchestration, outillage, protocoles d'interopérabilité, gestion de la mémoire et du contexte Évaluation et fiabilisation : construction de benchmarks et de harnais d'évaluation, LLM as a judge, tests de robustesse, instrumentation des traces et localisation de défaillance Spécialisation de modèles : fine tuning, distillation vers des SLM, mesure des arbitrages coût, latence et qualité Développement d'outils de démonstration ou de proof of concepts Veille technologique et contribution aux publications internes ou externes

🧑‍💻Vous : Maîtrisez-vous Python et PyTorch, ainsi que l'écosystème Hugging Face ? Avez-vous une pratique réelle des LLM au delà de l'appel d'API (orchestration, évaluation ou fine tuning) ? Savez-vous lire un papier récent et en réimplémenter l'idée ? Êtes-vous en dernière année de master IA ?

Un premier contact d'environ vingt minutes, avec Shelly, sera établi une fois que votre candidature aura été approuvée. Ensuite, vous aurez un entretien RH et technique d'une heure avec Thomas, pour discuter de vos expériences et motivations, d'un projet que vous avez mené et d'un sujet de recherche récent de votre choix.

Et enfin, vous pourrez poser vos valises au 100 Réaumur, en plein cœur de Paris, prêt pour une nouvelle et belle aventure. 🚀
