Proporcionar a integridade física dos profissionais da empresa e proteção do patrimônio físico da organização, através de um controle eficiente da aplicabilidade das normas de segurança do trabalho, além de promover a cultura de segurança prevencionista entre seus colaboradores diretos e prestadores de serviços.

Elaborar e implementar a política de Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho (SST), alinhada às normas legais e diretrizes da empresa.

Elaborar planilhas com informações sobre estatísticas de acidentes de trabalho, encaminhando aos órgãos fiscalizadores e controle de sustentabilidade.

Definir e supervisionar o uso de equipamentos de proteção individual e equipamentos de proteção coletiva pelos funcionários.

Analisar demandas por parte dos órgãos fiscalizadores e demais públicos para atendimento do envio de dados no padrão estabelecido por estes órgãos.

Realizar vistorias em campo e registros fotográficos, fiscalizando e elaborando planilhas com as informações das irregularidades encontradas nas vistorias de campo, encaminhando ao gestor imediato e posteriormente ao gestor da respectiva área e monitorar suas correções.

Inserir e manter informações atualizadas no banco de dados do sistema operacional específico, tais como cadastros, CAT, PPRA (PPP), controle de extintores, EPI's/EPC's, brigadas de incêndio, CIPA, formulários e relatórios, seguindo padrões estabelecidos pelos órgãos fiscalizadores.

Elaborar e acompanhar o documento denominado “PGR" (Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos), bem como realizar as medições com aparelhos específicos, informando os riscos que os funcionários estão expostos, apresentando soluções para amenizar/eliminar os mesmos, seguindo padrões estabelecidos nas normas especificas.

Acompanhar o Programa de Controle Médico de Saúde Ocupacional (PCMSO), e o LTCAT (Laudo Técnico das Condições Ambientais do Trabalho) e realizar encaminhamentos para exames médicos ocupacionais.

Controlar a manutenção dos dispositivos de combate a incêndio (extintores, hidrantes de incêndio, alarmes, etc) disponibilizados na empresa, seguindo padrões estabelecidos nas normas especificas.

Estabelecer, organizar e realizar treinamentos de segurança na empresa, para colaboradores próprios e das empresas contratadas, promovendo a integração de segurança do Trabalho para os contratados e solicitar os treinamentos específicos para atividades conforme Normas Regulamentadoras, seguindo padrões estabelecidos nas normas especificas.

Emitir e controlar Permissões de Trabalho (PTs) para atividades de risco realizadas por empresas terceirizadas.

Acompanhar perícias judiciais agendadas conforme solicitação da área Jurídica, seguindo orientações jurídicas e requisitos legais.

Realizar acompanhamento das empresas contratadas em campo das obras,(manutenção/conservação, vigilância, refeitório, etc) que estejam sendo executadas por empresas terceirizadas, checando a utilização de equipamentos de proteção individual (EPI), equipamentos de proteção coletivo (EPC), e a implantação de dispositivos de segurança coletiva, bem como avalia o impacto da obra junto ao meio ambiente.
