  • Du verantwortest die inhaltliche Ausgestaltung der Lerneinheiten und erstellst passende Übungsaufgaben für die Auszubildenden der Ausbildungsberufe Elektroniker/-in für Automatisierungstechnik, Betriebstechnik sowie Geräte und Systeme
  • Du verwaltest die Bibliothek mit den Lerninhalten und entscheidest, welche Lerneinheiten erstellt werden
  • Du leitest externe Mitarbeiter (insbesondere Autoren) an und bist zuständig für die Qualitätssicherung der Lerninhalte auf unserer Plattform
  • Du erstellst eigene Lerneinheiten, indem du didaktisch aufbereitete Texte formulierst und Lernvideos konzipierst
  • Du entwickelst Prüfungssimulationen und Prüfungsaufgaben, damit sich die Auszubildenden bestmöglich auf ihre IHK-Prüfung vorbereiten können
  • Du beantwortest fachliche Fragen der Auszubildenden und begleitest sie damit durch ihre Ausbildung
  • Du prüfst unsere Lerneinheiten kontinuierlich und weist auf Neuerungen in den Berufsbildern hin (zum Beispiel bei Änderungen in der Ausbildungsordnung oder Gesetzesänderungen)
  • Du unterstützt den Vertrieb mit deinem Fachwissen und nimmst als Experte an verschiedenen Veranstaltungen teil

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast deine Ausbildung als Elektroniker/-in für Automatisierungstechnik oder Betriebstechnik oder Geräte und Systeme erfolgreich abgeschlossen (mindestens „gut“)
  • Du kennst dich mit den Inhalten deiner Berufsausbildung bestens aus und hast Lust, unsere Lernplattform aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Du kannst Sachverhalte sehr gut in Textform erklären und visuell veranschaulichen
  • Du hast im Idealfall bereits Erfahrung als Trainer, Ausbilder oder Ähnliches
  • Du hast gegebenenfalls eine Weiterbildung zum IHK – Industriemeister oder staatlich geprüften Techniker
  • Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
  • Du handelst proaktiv und bist hilfsbereit
  • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, über dich selbst lachen zu können
