Você fará parte de uma equipe que preza por qualidade, padronização e segurança alimentar, em um ambiente colaborativo e com alto fluxo de produção. Buscamos alguém que queira somar ideias, manter a cozinha redonda e encantar clientes em cada refeição.

  • Preparar e finalizar pratos conforme fichas técnicas.
  • Organizar e repor a linha de produção (mise en place).
  • Controlar tempo de preparo e qualidade dos alimentos.
  • Seguir normas de higiene, limpeza e segurança alimentar.
  • Auxiliar no controle de estoque e validade de produtos.
  • Colaborar com a equipe em horários de pico.
  • Zelar pelos equipamentos e pela organização da cozinha.

Horário de Trabalho:

  • Segunda a sexta-feira: das 16h00 às 00h00
  • Finais de semana: das 12h00 às 00h00
  • Intervalo de 2 horas para descanso
  • 4 horas remuneradas como hora extra (R$ 12,50 por hora)

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como Cozinheiro(a) ou função similar.
  • Conhecimento de boas práticas de manipulação de alimentos.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala, inclusive fins de semana/feriados.
  • Agilidade, organização e atenção a detalhes.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe em ambiente de alta demanda.

Diferenciais:

  • Formação técnica ou cursos na área de Gastronomia/Cozinha.
  • Experiência em restaurantes, hotéis, catering ou cozinhas industriais.
  • Vivência com fichas técnicas e controle de desperdício.
  • Noções de segurança do trabalho em cozinha profissional.
  • Interesse em crescimento de carreira na área de Alimentos e Bebidas.
