Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) de Atendimento ao Cliente para apoiar nosso time na rotina de contato com clientes, garantindo uma experiência simples, ágil e acolhedora. Você vai aprender sobre relacionamento, operação e comunicação em uma empresa em crescimento, com espaço real para se desenvolver.

  • Atender clientes presencialmente.
  • Esclarecer dúvidas sobre produtos e serviços.
  • Encaminhar casos específicos para o time responsável.
  • Apoiar na organização de filas e prioridades de atendimento.
  • Sugerir melhorias com base no feedback dos clientes.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Estar cursando ensino médio, técnico ou superior.
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal.
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Vontade de aprender e abertura para feedbacks.
  • Disponibilidade para estagiar 6 horas por dia (07h as 12h ou 16h às 21h).

  • Experiência prévia com atendimento ao cliente (presencial ou online).
