Buscamos um profissional comunicativo, proativo e persuasivo, com perfil comercial e disposição para buscar novos clientes e oportunidades de venda.

A pessoa será responsável pelo atendimento dos clientes, prospecção ativa e acompanhamento das oportunidades, buscando transformar contatos em vendas e contribuir para o crescimento da empresa.

Suas principais atividades vão ser:

  • Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes;
  • Entrar em contato com clientes ativos e potenciais clientes por telefone, WhatsApp e outros canais;
  • Elaborar e enviar orçamentos;
  • Realizar follow-up das propostas e oportunidades;
  • Acompanhar o cliente até a conclusão da venda;
  • Trabalhar para atingir as metas comerciais estabelecidas.

Jornada:

  • Segunda a sexta – 08h as 18h – 1:12h de almoço
  • Sábados 08h as 12H (escala)
  • Perfil comercial e facilidade para negociar;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Proatividade para buscar novos clientes;
  • Persistência e foco em resultados;
  • Organização para acompanhar contatos e oportunidades
  • Capacidade de criar e manter relacionamento com clientes;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com WhatsApp, telefone e ferramentas digitais;
  • Saber ouvir e entender a necessidade do cliente;
  • Segurança para conduzir uma negociação;
  • Responsabilidade e comprometimento com metas;
  • Vontade de aprender sobre produtos.
