O seu desafio será 🚀

  • Definir e evoluir indicadores de confiabilidade através de SLIs, SLOs, SLAs e Error Budgets.
  • Liderar iniciativas de observabilidade utilizando métricas, logs, traces e monitoramento sintético.
  • Estruturar e evoluir a estratégia de monitoramento baseada nos Four Golden Signals (Latency, Traffic, Errors e Saturation).
  • Incentivar e padronizar a instrumentação das aplicações utilizando OpenTelemetry.
  • Desenvolver dashboards executivos e operacionais para acompanhamento da saúde dos serviços.
  • Analisar tendências de capacidade, performance e disponibilidade, propondo ações preventivas para mitigação de riscos.
  • Atuar na investigação e resolução de incidentes de alta criticidade, conduzindo RCA (Root Cause Analysis) e Post-Mortems.
  • Promover a redução de toil operacional através de automações e melhorias contínuas.
  • Atuar em conjunto com times de desenvolvimento na melhoria da resiliência, estabilidade e performance das aplicações.
  • Definir padrões de observabilidade, monitoramento e resposta a incidentes para toda a organização.
  • Apoiar a evolução da plataforma Kubernetes e dos ambientes cloud visando maior confiabilidade e eficiência operacional.
  • Mentorar equipes e disseminar práticas de Site Reliability Engineering.

Antes de tudo, você precisa se identificar com nosso propósito que é valorizar as pessoas para que cada um amplie suas possibilidades e construa a sua história. Além disso, é interessante que você tenha 🤙

  • Experiência com práticas de GitOps, utilizando ferramentas como Argo CD e FluxCD.
  • Conhecimento em pipelines de CI/CD e automação do ciclo de entrega de software.
  • Experiência com plataformas de versionamento e automação, como Azure DevOps e Gitlab.
  • Conhecimento em Kubernetes e ecossistema CNCF, incluindo gestão de workloads, networking e observabilidade.
  • Experiência com infraestrutura como código (Terraform, Crossplane ou similares).
  • Conhecimento em desenvolvimento e automação utilizando Python, Go ou .NET.
  • Familiaridade com ambientes AWS e arquiteturas distribuídas em nuvem.
  • Experiência com práticas de DevSecOps, SAST, DAST e segurança em pipelines de entrega.
  • Conhecimento em Chaos Engineering e testes de resiliência.
  • Certificações relacionadas a Kubernetes, Cloud, Observabilidade ou SRE serão consideradas um diferencial.
