Opis poslova:

  • organizira i koordinira cjelokupan proces nabave materijala, opreme, alata i ostalih potrebnih proizvoda
  • istražuje tržište, pronalazi dobavljače i prikuplja ponude
  • uspoređuje cijene, rokove isporuke, uvjete plaćanja i kvalitetu proizvoda
  • pregovara s dobavljačima o cijenama, uvjetima i rokovima isporuke
  • izrađuje narudžbenice i prati realizaciju narudžbi
  • kontrolira pravovremenu isporuku robe i rješava eventualne reklamacije
  • vodi evidenciju dobavljača, narudžbi, cijena i rokova isporuke
  • koordinira prijem, skladištenje i distribuciju materijala
  • surađuje sa skladištem, računovodstvom, proizvodnjom, gradilištima i drugim odjelima
  • planira potrebe za materijalom prema zahtjevima projekata i poslovanju društva
  • organizira transport i prati isporuke robe
  • kontrolira ulaznu dokumentaciju vezanu uz nabavu i logistiku
  • prati stanje zaliha i sudjeluje u optimizaciji troškova nabave i skladištenja
  • brine o pravovremenoj dostupnosti materijala potrebnog za nesmetano odvijanje poslovanja
  • izrađuje izvještaje vezane uz nabavu, dobavljače, troškove i zalihe
  • prati tržišne cijene, dostupnost materijala i uvjete nabave
  • obavlja i druge poslove po nalogu nadređenog.

Potrebna znanja i vještine:

  • Poznavanje građevinskog i instalaterskog materijala
  • Poznavanje procesa skladištenja i transporta robe
  • Minimalno 5 godina iskustva na istom ili sličnom poslu
  • Iskustvo u nabavi, logistici, skladišnom poslovanju ili srodnim poslovima
  • Dobre organizacijske i komunikacijske sposobnosti
  • Sposobnost pregovaranja i kvalitetnog odnosa s dobavljačima
  • Razvijene analitičke sposobnosti i sposobnost usporedbe ponuda
  • Samostalnost u radu, odgovornost i preciznost
  • Sposobnost rada u dinamičnom okruženju i istovremenog praćenja više zadataka
  • Dobro poznavanje rada na računalu, posebno MS Office paketa i Excela
  • Poznavanje rada u poslovnim programima, posebno MARIS, predstavlja prednost
  • Sposobnost planiranja, organizacije rada i poštivanja rokova
  • Sposobnost rješavanja problema i donošenja operativnih odluka
  • Razvijene vještine vođenja i koordiniranja zaposlenika
  • Odgovoran odnos prema radu i materijalnim resursima
  • Vozačka dozvola B kategorije
  • Spremnost na rad u dinamičnom okruženju
