Ihre Aufgaben

* Zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für die Metal Forming Gesellschaften im Salesforce-Umfeld

* Aufnahme, Analyse und Umsetzung von Anforderungen im Salesforce-Umfeld

* Integration von Salesforce in bestehende Systemlandschaften sowie Sicherstellung des End-to-End-Betriebs

* Betreuung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Salesforce-Lösungen inklusive Service Delivery und Steuerung externer Partner:innen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (FH/Uni) mit Schwerpunkt IT oder entsprechende einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Salesforce-Umfeld (Sales- / Marketing Cloud) sowie Kenntnisse in der Integration von Salesforce mit SAP S/4HANA ERP

* Gutes Verständnis von Sales- und CRM Prozesse wünschenswert

* Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft (15%) im Rahmen der internationalen Zusammenarbeit

* Für die zentrale Rolle im Salesforce-Umfeld sind Kund:innenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise entscheidend, um Anforderungen unserer Businesspartner:innen effizient umzusetzen und einen stabilen Betrieb sicherzustellen
