In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position unterstützen und entlasten Sie das Vertriebsteam der voestalpine Schweiz GmbH im Geschäftsalltag. Dabei geht es um die folgenden Aufgabenstellungen und \-bereiche:

Allgemeine Aufgaben

  • Verkaufsunterstützung/\-aktivitäten
  • Erstellen von Angeboten und Preislisten im ERP System (DIA)
  • Kundenserviceaufgaben
  • Zentrale Ansprech\- und Koordinationsfunktion an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Logistik
  • Auftragsabwicklung und \-verfolgung
  • Aufbereitung von Kundenpräsentationen, Reports und Verkaufszahlen
  • Pflege CRM Tool (Salesforce) und Kundendaten

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen, sowie Motivation zur Verantwortungsübernahme
  • Leistungsbereitschaft, Kreativität und Verbindlichkeit
  • Selbstständige, proaktive, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute EDV\-Kenntnisse (Windows, SAP, Salesforce, CRM)
