Descrição:

Buscamos um(a) Especialista Contábil com perfil analítico, técnico e estratégico para atuar como referência na área contábil, assegurando a conformidade com as normas contábeis, societárias e regulatórias, a confiabilidade das demonstrações financeiras e a padronização dos processos. Será responsável pelo desenvolvimento de políticas contábeis, análise de operações complexas, implementação de novos pronunciamentos, suporte às auditorias e assessoramento às lideranças na tomada de decisões, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua e o fortalecimento da governança corporativa.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Assegurar a correta aplicação das normas contábeis, societárias e regulatórias, garantindo a conformidade dos registros e das demonstrações financeiras;
  • Desenvolver, revisar e implementar políticas, procedimentos e diretrizes contábeis, promovendo a padronização dos processos;
  • Analisar operações contábeis complexas, avaliando seus impactos patrimoniais, financeiros e societários;
  • Avaliar e implementar novos pronunciamentos, normas e alterações na legislação contábil, assegurando sua aplicação adequada;
  • Garantir a integridade, consistência e confiabilidade das demonstrações financeiras e das informações contábeis;
  • Atuar como referência técnica para a equipe contábil, orientando sobre procedimentos, interpretações normativas e tratamento de operações;
  • Coordenar tecnicamente o atendimento às auditorias internas e externas, acompanhando solicitações, análises e planos de ação;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua, automatização e otimização dos processos e controles contábeis;
  • Monitorar riscos e controles internos relacionados à área contábil, propondo medidas para mitigar inconsistências e assegurar a conformidade;
  • Assessorar a Coordenação, Gerência e Diretoria em análises contábeis e informações técnicas que subsidiem a tomada de decisões estratégicas;
  • Promover a aderência às melhores práticas de governança corporativa, assegurando a qualidade e a transparência das informações contábeis. Requisitos: Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis e CRC ativo;
  • Experiência sólida em contabilidade e demonstrações financeiras;
  • Conhecimento avançado em CPCs, legislação societária e normas regulatórias;
  • Vivência com auditorias, controles internos e políticas contábeis;
  • Domínio de Excel e conhecimento em sistemas ERP;
  • Capacidade analítica para avaliar operações complexas e impactos contábeis;
  • Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo, com visão sistêmica e boa comunicação;
  • Autonomia, senso crítico e foco na melhoria contínua.
