Die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner geniessen seniorengerechtes Wohnen mit individueller Pflege, Betreuung und Komfort für ein selbstbestimmtes Leben.

Stellenbeschreibung -------------------

* Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Pflege der Gäste gemäss Pflegeleitbild und Pflegeprozess

* Übernahme der Funktion als Bezugsperson Pflege

* Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses der zugeteilten Gäste

* Durchführung der Pflegebedarfseinstufung nach RAI

* Elektronische Pflegedokumentation mit CareCoach

* Planung, Organisation und Begleitung von Arztvisiten

* Übernahme von Spätdiensten ab 16\.00 oder 17\.00

* Leitung von Fallbesprechungen und Pflegerapporten

* Übernahme der als Thementrägerin oder Thementräger in einem Fachgebiet

* Mitarbeit im gruppenweiten Netzwerk zur Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität

Anforderungsprofil ------------------

* Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege von Vorteil

* RAI Kenntnisse erwünscht oder Bereitschaft, die entsprechende Weiterbildung zu absolvieren

* Herzliche, wertschätzende und humorvolle Grundhaltung

* Freude an abwechslungsreichen und vielseitigen Herausforderungen

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Sozialkompetenz
