Volare Health is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation facility. We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader who understands that exceptional resident care, a motivated team, and sound financial performance go hand in hand.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Facility Operations: Oversee all aspects of facility management, including clinical services, staffing, admissions, marketing, and administrative functions.
  • Drive Financial Success: Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and implement strategies that improve financial performance.
  • Champion Quality Care: Promote resident-centered care, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Build a Strong Team: Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain department leaders and employees while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  • Grow Census & Admissions: Build relationships with hospitals, referral partners, residents, and families to support census growth and strengthen the facility's reputation.
  • Ensure Regulatory Readiness: Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Create a Positive Resident Experience: Build meaningful relationships with residents and families while ensuring their needs, concerns, and expectations are addressed.
  • Oversee Facility Maintenance: Ensure the building, equipment, and grounds are safe, well-maintained, and welcoming.
  • Execute Strategic Goals: Partner with regional and corporate leadership to achieve operational objectives and improve facility outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of practice.
  • Completion of an Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program or prior experience as an Administrator or Assistant Administrator.
  • At least one year of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven leadership abilities and an understanding of skilled nursing facility operations.
  • Strong financial management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to motivate teams, manage competing priorities, and make sound business decisions.
  • A commitment to resident dignity, quality care, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to work with operational and financial reporting systems.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight stays, as needed.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background screening, drug screening, and reference checks.
