Jouw impact

De functie van Growth Marketing Specialist is nieuw in ons Marketing & Sales team. Onze commerciële organisatie ontwikkelt zich, en om te professionaliseren en groei te versnellen, hebben we een ambitieuze marketeer nodig. Dit is geen standaard marketing rol: jij bent de schakel tussen marketing, sales en data, en je zorgt dat onze leadgeneratie-engine draait, schaalt én impact maakt.

Dat vraagt van jou niet alleen technische skills, zoals kennis van outbound marketing met een systeem als Hubspot, maar ook analytisch inzicht, overzicht en de drive om dingen écht te laten werken. Je beweegt net zo makkelijk tussen data en creativiteit als tussen strategie en uitvoering. Je ziet waar groeikansen liggen om de organisatie verder te brengen.

Functieomschrijving

Campagnes ontwikkelen

  • Je bedenkt en realiseert leadgeneratiecampagnes.
  • Je ontwikkelt campagnes rondom producten, doelgroepen en marktkansen.
  • Je test nieuwe proposities en boodschappen.

HubSpot & Marketing Automation

  • Je bouwt workflows en nurturingprogramma's.
  • Je optimaliseert lead scoring.
  • Je segmenteert doelgroepen.
  • Je verbetert conversiepaden.

Samenwerking met externe specialisten

  • Je stuurt SEA en SEO partners mede inhoudelijk aan.
  • Je beoordeelt resultaten.
  • Je signaleert kansen voor optimalisatie.

Data & Analyse

  • Analyseert campagneprestaties.
  • Meet leadkwaliteit.
  • Maakt dashboards en rapportages.
  • Komt met verbeterinitiatieven.

AI & Innovatie

  • Test nieuwe AI-tools.
  • Past AI toe in content, campagnes en automatisering.
  • Introduceert nieuwe marketingexperimenten.

Vraag creëren in de markt

Als Growth Marketing Specialist discussieer je samen met de Marketing Director ook over de marketingstrategie en welke doelgroepen nog onvoldoende bereikt worden. net als hoe de customer journey versterkt kan worden in onze organisatie.

Functie-eisen:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring in een marketingfunctie;
  • Ervaring in het opzetten van campagnes en workflows in een systeem als Hubspot. Daadwerkelijke Hubspot-ervaring is een pré.
  • Kennis van SEO en SEA best practices

Goede taalvaardigheid (Nederlandse taal), zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

  • Kennis van de Franse taal is een pré;
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken in een dynamische omgeving;
  • Ervaring met AI of Agentic AI is een pré, en je bent nieuwsgierig naar hoe dit marketing en sales slimmer maakt.
  • Ervaring in e-commerce is een pré
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt makkelijk tussen marketing, sales en internationale collega’s.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

  • Salaris is € 4000 - € 4.500 bruto (40 uur)
