This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys writing, creating content, interacting with people online, and turning ideas into completed campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable learning technical products, and able to communicate naturally in professional English.

This role is well suited for a recent graduate or early-career marketer who wants broad experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, social media, email marketing, community management, and the retail technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule partner newsletters, product announcements, promotional campaigns, event invitations, and follow-up emails.
  • Maintain and segment contact lists based on partner type, customer type, interests, and engagement.
  • Assist with email automation, lead-nurturing campaigns, and partner onboarding communications.
  • Monitor email performance, including open rates, click rates, responses, and conversions.
  • Test subject lines, messaging, calls to action, and email layouts.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure email campaigns support current business priorities.

Social Media Marketing

  • Manage Volcora’s company presence on LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
  • Draft posts covering products, partnerships, customer stories, events, industry insights, company updates, and employee activities.
  • Create or coordinate simple social media graphics, short videos, and other visual content.
  • Monitor comments, mentions, messages, and relevant industry conversations.
  • Encourage employees, partners, and customers to engage with and share Volcora content.
  • Track follower growth, reach, engagement, website traffic, and lead activity generated through social media.

Community Management

  • Engage with Volcora’s partners, resellers, software companies, and industry contacts through LinkedIn, email, webinars, and online communities.
  • Respond to general comments and messages or direct inquiries to the appropriate internal team.
  • Identify opportunities to feature partners, customers, and industry relationships.
  • Coordinate partner spotlights, customer testimonials, interviews, and community announcements.
  • Help maintain regular communication with members of Volcora’s partner program.
  • Monitor discussions and trends within the POS, payments, retail technology, restaurant technology, and channel communities.

Content Creation

  • Write and edit website copy, blog posts, case studies, product announcements, partner communications, and sales materials.
  • Turn technical product information into clear and engaging business content.
  • Interview customers, partners, sales representatives, and technical team members to gather content.
  • Assist with the creation of product videos, webinars, presentations, brochures, and campaign materials.
  • Repurpose longer content into social posts, emails, short videos, and sales resources.
  • Ensure that all content follows Volcora’s brand voice and visual standards.

Partner and Channel Marketing

  • Help create marketing materials that Volcora’s resellers, distributors, software partners, and payment partners can use.
  • Prepare co-branded emails, social posts, product images, brochures, and campaign templates.
  • Support monthly partner marketing campaigns and partner communications.
  • Maintain organized folders of approved product images, logos, presentations, videos, and sales resources.
  • Assist with partner onboarding and ensure new partners receive relevant marketing materials.
  • Track partner participation in marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and promotions.

Events and Trade Shows

  • Support marketing activities for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and partner events.
  • Assist with event invitations, appointment scheduling, social promotion, presentation materials, and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate event-related content before, during, and after each event.
  • Help organize photos, videos, partner interviews, and announcements from trade shows.
  • Track leads and engagement generated through event campaigns.

Website and Digital Marketing

  • Assist with updating website pages, product information, landing pages, blog content, and event pages.
  • Review website content for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and formatting.
  • Help create landing pages and forms for campaigns, product launches, events, and partner programs.
  • Coordinate with designers or developers when more advanced website changes are needed.
  • Monitor basic website performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and lead generation.
  • Support basic SEO activities, including keyword research, page titles, descriptions, internal links, and content optimization.

Marketing Reporting and Coordination

  • Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are completed on schedule.
  • Track campaign performance across email, social media, website, events, and partner activities.
  • Prepare simple weekly and monthly marketing reports.
  • Coordinate projects with sales, product, technical support, designers, agencies, and outside partners.
  • Maintain accurate marketing files, templates, contact lists, and project records.
  • Research competitors, industry trends, content topics, and potential marketing opportunities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
