Die LANDI Mittelthurgau ist eine landwirtschaftliche Genossenschaft im Herzen des Kantons Thurgau in den Segmenten Agrar\- und Detailhandel sowie Brenn\- und Treibstoffe. Wir bewirtschaften vier Agrar Standorte für Futterwaren, Saatgut, Pflanzennahrung und Pflanzenschutz. Im Obstkühlhaus Leimbach lagern und sortieren wir in Zusammenarbeit mit Obstverarbeitern Bio\- und Tafelobst. In unserem regionalen Wirtschaftsgebiet führen wir acht Detailhandels Läden mit dem Hauptsortiment Lebensmittel. Weiterhin betreiben wir in Weinfelden und Kreuzlingen einen LANDI Markt. Unter der Marke AGROLA betreut die LANDI Mittelthurgau acht Tankstellen, davon zwei mit TopShop und zwei Waschanlagen. Die LANDI Mittelthurgau beschäftigt rund 150 Mitarbeitende.

Für unseren Volg Bürglen suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Führungspersönlichkeit für die Stelle als Filialleitung Stv. (w/m/d) 80% \- 100%.

Ihre Wirkungsbereiche

  • Unterstützung der Filialleiterin im Tagesgeschäft sowie eigenständige Führung bei deren Abwesenheit
  • Organisation und Umsetzung der betrieblichen Abläufe ( Personaleinsatzplanung, Warenpräsentation, Ladengestaltung)
  • Einkassieren über moderne Kasse
  • Warenbewirtschaftung des Verkaufssortiments
  • Einhaltung der vorgeschriebenen Ordnung und Sauberkeit

Sie passen zu uns, wenn Sie...

  • über eine Ausbildung im Verkauf, vorzugsweise im Bereich Lebensmittel, oder bereits über Erfahrung im Detailhandel verfügen.
  • Freude an Verkauf, Kundenberatung und der Führung eines Teams haben.
  • eine flexible, belastbare, zuverlässige und kontaktfreudige Person sind.
  • auch in hektischen, saisonalen Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf bewahren und bereit sind, Eigeninitiative zu zeigen.
