Wat ga je doen als Monteur Locomotieven?

Je gaat werken in onze werkplaats in Dordrecht. Je voert zelfstandig en samen met collega’s onderhoud, reparaties en keuringen uit aan onze eigen locomotieven en die van andere opdrachtgevers. Je zorgt ervoor dat het materieel technisch in topconditie blijft en veilig ingezet kan worden. Jouw werkzaamheden:

  • Je voert onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan de locomotieven;
  • Je voert de nodige keuringen uit volgens vaste richtlijnen;
  • Signaleren van storingen en technische problemen;
  • Zorgen voor een veilige werkplek samen met je team.

Wat breng je mee?

Wij zoeken een ervaren monteur die zijn vak verstaat.

  • Je hebt een (v)mbo-opleiding in een technische richting;
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als monteur (bij voorkeur in de railbranche of met zwaar materieel);
  • Je bent zelfstandig, praktisch en oplossingsgericht;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met spoorvoertuigen en groot materieel;
  • Je hebt een VCA-diploma (of je bent bereid deze te halen);
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan bij jou altijd op nummer één;
  • Je werkt prettig samen in een team.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een contract voor een jaar met de intentie dit te verlengen naar onbepaalde tijd;
  • Een salaris van € 3.165 tot € 4.400,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je opleidingsniveau, kennis en ervaring. Dit is € 2.922,- tot € 4.063,- bruto per periode van 4 weken. Je krijgt dus 13 keer per jaar in periodes van 4 weken betaald;

Waar ga je aan de slag?

In onze werkplaats in Dordrecht is een team van ongeveer 20 medewerkers dagelijks aan het werk om de betrouwbaarheid én de technische staat van onze machines te monitoren en optimaal inzetbaar te houden. Dit doen wij allemaal samen voor de afdeling Techniek & Onderhoud (T&O) onderdeel van de Materieeldienst van VolkerRail. Wij werken van 6:45 – 15:30 uur. Het team draagt ook zorg voor de invulling van een 24/7 storingsdienst om in geval van storing het materieel op locatie weer zo snel mogelijk gerepareerd en inzetbaar te hebben. In deze functie is een storingsdienst niet van toepassing.
