Deine Aufgaben

  • In dieser Position bist Du die zentrale Drehscheibe unserer Organisation für telefonische Anfragen unserer Klient:innen und deren Angehörigen zu Terminen und Weiterleitung von Anfragen an die zuständen Bereichsleitungen.
  • Weiters trägst Du für die bestmögliche Versorgung unserer Klient:innen bei, indem Du Anfragen bearbeitest und unser Ablagesystem pflegst. Außerdem gestaltest Du Entwicklungsprozesse und setzt unsere Qualitätsstandards um.
  • Mit Deinem Organisationstalent sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Mitarbeiter:innen dort ankommen, wo sie gebraucht werden und unsere Klient:innen die Unterstützung erhalten, die sie benötigen. Denn wir arbeiten mitten im Leben!

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringst bereits Erfahrung bei der Bearbeitung von Klient:innenanliegen mit.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke haben für Dich einen hohen Stellenwert. Selbstständiges sowie eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten bereiten Dir Freude.
  • Auch in herausfordernden Beratungsgesprächen – vor allem am Telefon – bleibst Du ruhig und professionell. Zudem nimmst Du Dir Zeit, um Menschen zu stärken und zu achten.
  • Darüber hinaus stellst Du Dich rasch auf neue Situationen ein und handelst lösungsorientiert. Arbeiten am PC gehört für Dich einfach dazu.
