Deine Aufgaben

* Du begleitest Kinder und bietest ihnen eine kurzweilige Betreuung mit einem abwechslungsreichen und entwicklungsfördernden Betreuungs-, Freizeit- und Bildungsangebot sowie vielseitigen Aktivitäten.

* Du nimmst die Bedürfnisse der Kinder wahr, deren Themen auf und arbeitest zusammen mit Deinen Kolleg:innen in der Betreuungsgruppe.

* Die pädagogische und organisatorische Führung der Gruppe sowie die Leitung der Einrichtung und die Weiterentwicklung der pädagogischen Konzeption und deren gemeinsame Umsetzung im Team ist Teil Deiner Arbeit.

* Die Arbeit mit Kindern ist Deine Berufung! Mit viel Freude an dieser Arbeit und einem großen Herz für Kinder, arbeitest Du zuverlässig und motiviert und zeigst Interesse an deren Bedürfnissen.

* Du organisierst gerne mit hoher Eigeninitiative und bist dabei zuverlässig, genau und verständnisvoll. Teamarbeit ist Dir besonders wichtig und Du entwickelst gerne neue Ideen, die Du mit Deinen Kolleg:innen auch umsetzt.

* Deine fachliche Kompetenz als Pädagog:in hast Du durch eine bereits abgeschlossene Ausbildung erlangt. Idealerweise bringst Du auch Berufserfahrung mit.
