In der Primarschule Fluhmühle werden 220 Lernende von knapp 40 Lehrpersonen unterrichtet. Die Kinder stehen im Mittelpunkt unserer multikulturellen Schule. Im Sinne der Neuen Autorität schaffen wir einen Rahmen, der von Präsenz, Beziehung, Respekt und gegenseitiger Verantwortung geprägt ist. Seit Sommer 2026 sind wir eine Tagesschule. Dadurch können wir die Kinder während ihres gesamten Schulalltags begleiten. Lernen, Betreuung und Freizeit greifen ineinander und schaffen vielfältige Gelegenheiten für Beziehung, Partizipation und persönliches Wachstum. Im Lernendenrat und im Schulgarten lernen die Kinder, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, aufeinander Rücksicht zu nehmen und die Schulgemeinschaft aktiv mitzugestalten. So wird Partizipation im Alltag gelebt und gelernt.

Über 2000 Mitarbeitende, 1200 Lehrpersonen und über 60 Lernende in 12 Berufen: Die Stadt Luzern ist eine der grössten Arbeitgeberinnen der Region -- und gleichzeitig nahbar und sympathisch.
