O Analista de Distribuição de Veículos é o profissional responsável por gerenciar os processos que garantem que os veículos produzidos cheguem da fábrica até a rede de concessionários de maneira eficiente, dentro das metas de vendas, cumprimento de prazos, custos e qualidade de atendimento. Ele atua na interface entre produção, logística, vendas e concessionárias, buscando maximizar resultados financeiros, otimizar o portfólio de modelos, reduzir custos, melhorar a experiência do cliente e apoiar o crescimento de mercado da marca.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho • Monitorar KPIs de vendas, devoluções, mix de produto, tempo de entrega, giro de estoque nas concessionárias. • Analisar desempenho dos concessionários, identificando oportunidades de melhoria. Formulação e operacionalização de pedidos • Apoiar ou conduzir a previsão de demanda da rede de concessionárias. • Sugerir pedidos, versões/modelos a priorizar, alocações de veículos produzidos. Faturamento e negociações • Acompanhar faturamentos diários da rede de concessionários, garantir que os processos de entrega e documentação estejam alinhados para que os veículos sejam faturados corretamente. • Participar de negociações ou tratativas de devoluções, ajustes de pedidos, demandar soluções em casos de divergências ou problemas logísticos. Suporte à rede de concessionárias • Atender as solicitações da rede, resolver problemas operacionais, logísticos ou de comunicação que impactem a entrega ou distribuição de veículos. • Fornecer informações sobre movimentações de produto, preços, disponibilidade de modelos. Análise de mercado e estudos estratégicos regionais • Realizar estudos comparativos de mercado, identificar tendências que impactam mix de produto, percepção de demanda ou concorrência. • Apoiar decisões estratégicas regionais — quais modelos/versionamentos priorizar em cada região, ajustes conforme demanda/localidade. Interface com produção e logística • Acompanhar a produção para alinhar os pedidos da rede com a capacidade fabril, prazos de fabricação e expedição. • Coordenar com logística para transporte, programação de distribuição, possíveis gargalos de estoque ou transporte. Papel consultivo e de suporte a gestão • Gerar relatórios e estudos para que gerentes regionais ou de vendas tomem decisões bem informadas. • Participar ou conduzir reuniões estratégicas com equipes internas (vendas, planejamento, logística, produção) para alinhar objetivos e ajustar planos de distribuição.
