Oportunidade para Engenheiro(a) de Segurança do Trabalho com sólida experiência em ambientes industriais de médio a alto risco (grau 3 ou 4), com atuação estratégica na gestão de riscos, liderança técnica e promoção de uma cultura de segurança de alto desempenho.O profissional será responsável por liderar a implementação de programas de Saúde e Segurança, garantir conformidade legal, desenvolver estratégias de prevenção de acidentes e atuar como parceiro das lideranças operacionais na tomada de decisão, promovendo melhoria contínua das condições de trabalho.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Coordenar a gestão de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho na unidade, garantindo conformidade com as Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs).Desenvolver, implementar e monitorar programas de segurança (PGR, LTCAT, PCMSO em interface, entre outros).Conduzir análises de riscos avançadas (HAZOP, APR, FMEA, Bow-Tie, etc.).Atuar na investigação de acidentes e incidentes com análise de causa raiz e definição de planos de ação eficazes.Gerir indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) de segurança e propor melhorias baseadas em dados.Liderar iniciativas de cultura de segurança (behavior based safety, safety leadership, etc.).Atuar como responsável técnico perante órgãos reguladores e auditorias.Garantir atendimento aos requisitos legais, previdenciários e eSocial.Apoiar e desenvolver tecnicamente a equipe de Segurança do Trabalho (Técnicos).Participar de projetos industriais assegurando a aplicação dos requisitos de segurança desde a fase de concepção.
