Estamos buscando um(a) Analista Senior DevOps & Gestão de Usuários para assumir a responsabilidade funcional e com visão estratégica na gestão de usuários no ambiente AUDI HWP. Essa função será responsável pela evolução, implementação de padronizações e otimização dos processos de gerenciamento de usuários, dos modelos de papéis e permissões, bem como pela implementação e aprimoramento de soluções modernas de Identity & Access Management (IAM). O profissional atuará como ponto central de contato entre áreas de negócio, Application Owners e demais stakeholders, garantindo processos eficientes, seguros e em conformidade com os requisitos de governança e compliance.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssumir a responsabilidade geral por projetos existentes e novos relacionados à gestão de usuários. Coordenar e alinhar atividades com áreas de negócio, Application Owners e demais stakeholders relevantes. Elaborar, manter e evoluir continuamente modelos de papéis (roles) e perfis de autorização. Implementar padronizações e otimizar processos de onboarding, onboarding e concessão de acessos. Introduzir e aprimorar soluções de automação para gestão de usuários (por exemplo, Forseti). Elaborar e manter documentação de processos, runbooks e instruções de trabalho. Garantir a qualidade dos serviços e a conformidade com os padrões definidos. Analisar e otimizar continuamente os processos existentes, visando maior eficiência, segurança e conformidade regulatória e redução contínua dos riscos de acesso. Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas à governança, compliance e auditorias.Requisitos e qualificaçõesIdentity & Access Management (IAM) Conhecimento sólido em Identity & Access Management utilizando Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Experiência em gestão de papéis, perfis e permissões. Conhecimento em gerenciamento de acessos para ambientes de nuvem e aplicações. Compreensão dos requisitos de governança, compliance e segurança da informação. DevOps, Automação e Cloud Desenvolvimento de scripts utilizando Azure CLI e Bash. Infraestrutura como Código (IaC) com Terraform. Desenvolvimento e automação utilizando Python e TypeScript. Experiência com soluções de automação para gestão de usuários. Experiência com fluxos de versionamento (Git Workflow) utilizando Azure DevOps e GitHub Enterprise. Experiência com Jira e Confluence. Conhecimento em gestão e modelagem de processos. Atuação orientada às melhores práticas de ITIL, preferencialmente com certificação ITIL Foundation. Experiência sólida em Gestão de Usuários - IAM, Segurança da Informação, ou áreas correlatas. Experiência sólida liderando iniciativas corporativas de IAM. Experiência sólida na concepção, implementação e manutenção de modelos de papéis e permissões. Vivência na gestão de acessos em ambientes corporativos complexos e multinuvem. Capacidade de atuar junto a diferentes stakeholders em estruturas organizacionais complexas. Perfil analítico, estruturado e orientado à resolução de problemas. Capacidade de tomada de decisão e senso de responsabilidade. Excelente capacidade de comunicação e alinhamento entre equipes.
