Estamos em busca de um(a) Auditor de Garantia Jr para atuar no acompanhamento e suporte às análises de garantias internas conduzidas pelo time de garantia, assegurando a conformidade dos processos, a qualidade das avaliações e o cumprimento dos padrões estabelecidos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar planejamento e agendamentos para auditorias nas concessionárias. Elaborar análise preparatória e plano de auditoria conforme indicadores de Performance de Garantia, Resultados de Auditorias anteriores e Plano de ações anteriores. Analisar Processos de Garantia e Cortesia apresentados pelas concessionárias. Auditar usuários do sistema SAGA 2.0 do concessionário. Realizar reuniões técnicas conforme necessidade. Analisar documentação técnica e de cobrança dos processos de garantia (OS, DISS, Requisição de Peça, Histórico de Serviço, Nota Fiscal de Peça/Serviço/Locadoras, Laudos técnicos de serviços, registros de funcionários, registros de horas do ATC, controle de portaria, e demais documentos complementares quando necessário. Efetivar e controlar débitos das auditorias. Elaborar e atualizar periodicamente os manuais de Auditoria de Garantia. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.CNH ativa.Experiência prévia no setor automotivo, preferencialmente com rotinas de garantia.Conhecimento avançado no Pacote Office, especialmente Excel (análises, tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas) e PowerPoint (elaboração de apresentações executivas).Capacidade de análise de dados e interpretação de indicadores.Conhecimento em Power BI.Familiaridade com processos de auditoria, compliance ou gestão de garantia. Inglês desejável.Pensamento analítico e atenção a detalhes; Organização e capacidade de gerenciar prazos e prioridades; Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.Perfil crítico e senso de responsabilidade; Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma; Habilidade para relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe.Ética e confidencialidade no tratamento de informações.
