AtribuiçãoBuscamos uma pessoa para supervisionar a operação logística de implantação e mobilização de veículos, assegurando prazo, qualidade, visibilidade e cumprimento dos SLAs até a entrega ao cliente.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades: Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de logística; Gerenciar a carteira de pedidos e projetos de implantação;Acompanhar produção, transferência, transporte e entrega;Coordenar fornecedores, transportadoras e implementadores;Monitorar cronogramas, SLAS, backlog e aging; Identificar riscos, atrasos e gargalos; Estruturar planos de ação preventivos e corretivos; Garantir a atualização dos sistemas e bases; Acompanhar indicadores de custo, prazo e qualidade;Elaborar relatórios e apresentações executivas; Atuar com Comercial, Compras, Operações e clientes; Promover melhoria contínua e redução de custos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios Ensino Superior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em logística automotiva, implantação ou gestão de frota;Experiencia em liderança;Excel avançado; Conhecimento de indicadores, SLAs e gestão de fornecedores;Power BI desejável.Informações adicionaisCondições:• Contratação CLT, em São Bernardo do Campo/SP Benefícios:Vale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoPlano de SaúdePlano OdontológicoVale TransporteSeguro de VidaPrograma de Bem-Estar (Wellhub e Zenklub)PLRDay Off de AniversárioPlataforma de EducaçãoDesconto em curso de inglêsVW Sign&Drive para colaboradores e familiaresTicket VantagensGood Card com descontos em farmácias e óticas
