Description:Vacancy Name Operations Officer - Car return [m/w/d]Vacancy No VN2158Work Location KockelscheuerJob Description:Volkswagen Losch Financial Services, ein Joint Venture zwischen Volkswagen Financial Services AG und der Losch-Gruppe ist langjähriger kompetenter Leasing-Partner für die Marken Volkswagen, Audi, ŠKODA, SEAT, Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge, Bentley, Lamborghini, Porsche, MAN, NEOPLAN in Luxemburg.Wir suchen Menschen, die mit ihrer Leidenschaft für das Automobil-Geschäft Außergewöhnliches vollbringen und bereit sind, sich zusammen im Team dafür einzusetzen, dass Losch seine führende Position im Luxemburger Automobilmarkt weiter ausbauen kann.Um unser bestehendes Team in Kockelscheuer zu verstärken, suchen wir eine(n) erfahrene(n):Operations Officer – Car return [m/w/d]Deine Aufgaben:• Verwaltung der Kontakte mit den Kunden in Bezug auf die Rückgabe ihres Fahrzeugs• Koordination des Prozesses der Rückgabe von Fahrzeugen am Ende der Vertragslaufzeit mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Händlern• Verwaltung der Gutachten über die zurückgegebenen Fahrzeuge und des Prozesses der Rechnungstellung• Logistische und administrative BetreuungDein Profil:• Du hast Erfahrung im Kundenservicebereich• Du hast Kenntnisse des luxemburgischen Automobil- und Leasingsektors• Du arbeitest sorgfältig und stets kundenorientiert• Du bist ein Organisationstalent und zeichnest dich durch Deine Teamfähigkeit aus• Im Umgang mit Kunden und Kollegen überzeugst Du durch Dein souveränes, sympathisches und offenes Auftreten, was Du idealerweise bereits unter Beweis stellen konntest• Eine selbstständige sowie flexible und effiziente Arbeitsweise, auch unter Zeitdruck, rundet Dein Profil ab• Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit in einem kleinen Team sowie Lust zu gestalten (unternehmerischer Spirit)• Du hast gute Kenntnisse der französischen und deutschen (und / oder luxemburgischen) Sprache; Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache sind von Vorteil Required Languages DE; FRWork Experience in Years 2-4 years
