Sie bringen mit

  • fundierte Erfahrung in den Leistungsphasen HOAI 1 bis 5
  • Spaß an der planerischen Gesamtverantwortung sowie an der intensiven Zusammenarbeit im Projektteam
  • eine unternehmerische und ergebnis- sowie kundenorientierte Denkweise für die kompetente Beratung des Kunden vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Inbetriebnahme des Gebäudes
  • Begeisterung für Architektur mit gestalterischem Können und realitätsfestem Umsetzungswissen
  • Interesse an fachlicher Weiterentwicklung in den Branchen unserer Kunden, zum Beispiel Gesundheit, Bildung und Life Sciences
  • Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke sowie ein offenes, authentisches Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
  • gute CAD-Kenntnisse (idealerweise Nemetschek Allplan); von Vorteil erste Erfahrung mit BIM
  • Bauvorlage-Berechtigung wünschenswert
