Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Steuerung deiner Warengruppen anhand relevanter Kennzahlen wie Umsatz, Absatz, Rohertrag, Marge, Abschriften und Warenverfügbarkeit
  • Verhandlung von Einkaufspreisen, Konditionen, Werbekostenzuschüssen und Marketingaktivitäten sowie Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Strategische Sortimentsgestaltung und -entwicklung inklusive Ein- und Auslistungen unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenbedürfnissen, Marktgegebenheiten sowie unserem Qualitäts- und Nachhaltigkeitsanspruch
  • Weiterentwicklung von Analysen, Reports sowie Einkaufs- und Sortimentsprozessen und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Umsatz und Rentabilität
  • Kontinuierliche Beobachtung von Markt, Wettbewerb und Trends sowie Identifikation neuer Produkte, Lieferant und Sortimentspotenziale
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Märkten sowie unseren Vertriebsmitarbeitern, insbesondere bei Sortimentsumsetzung, Verkaufsförderung und Weiterentwicklung strategischer Vertriebskonzepte

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Category Management oder Vertrieb von Konsumgütern, idealerweise im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
  • Sehr gutes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Erfahrung in Preis-, Konditions- und Lieferantenverhandlungen
  • Strategisches, ergebnisorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken verbunden mit einer strukturierten und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in Lieferantenverhandlungen, Preis- und Sortimentsgestaltung sowie der Planung und Steuerung von Marketingaktivitäten
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Lebensmittelbranche, ihrer Saisonalitäten und Trends sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Produktqualität und Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Sicher im Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
  • Sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse, gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Märkten, Lieferant und internen Schnittstellen
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Hands-on-Mentalität und Interesse an Bio-Lebensmitteln, Nachhaltigkeit und verantwortungsvollem Handel
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau
