Ben jij op zoek naar een boeiende job als keukenmedewerker met vaste avond- en nachturen bij Volvo Cars Gent?

Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de medewerkers van Volvo kunnen genieten van een verse maaltijd en een opgeruimde omgeving.

Snelle opstart mogelijk na proefdagen.

Horeca-ervaring is een vereiste, ervaring in grootkeukens is een pluspunt. Motivatie en de juiste instelling wegen zwaarder!

Uren:

  • Maandag : 18u tot 1u45
  • Dinsdag, woensdag en donderdag : 18u30 tot 2u15
  • Vrijdag: 15u30 tot 23u15

Enige flexibiliteit is gewenst bij planningswijzigingen in functie van het werk.

Jouw takenpakket in het voorbereidend werk:

  • Opstart van de keuken & mise-en-place: tijdig opstarten van de keukenapparatuur en operationeel maken van de verschillende werkposten.
  • Bakkerij & voorbereiding: afbakken van diverse broodjes voor verschillende afdelingen en het voorsnijden van broodjes volgens planning.
  • Saladebar & verse producten: voorbereiden, portioneren en aantrekkelijk presenteren van de saladebar volgens de HACCP- en hygiënenormen.
  • Voorraad- en verkoopbeheer: tijdig aanvullen van koelkasten, toonbanken en verkoopzones.
  • Apparatuur- en kwaliteitscontrole: veilig beheer, bediening en basiscontrole van keuken- en elektrische toestellen.
  • Hygiëne, afwas & opkuis: bedienen van de vaatwaszone en uitvoeren van de eindcontrole op netheid en orde in de keuken.

  • Inzicht en tempo: je werkt vlot, georganiseerd en houdt het servicetempo goed aan.
  • Vooruitdenkend & probleemoplossend: je ziet werk liggen, schakelt snel bij piekmomenten en denkt actief mee in oplossingen.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel: je werkt zelfstandig, hecht veel belang aan netheid en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze opstart.

  • Taalvaardigheid: Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands. De opleiding en de dagelijkse communicatie op de werkvloer verlopen volledig in het Nederlands.
  • Verlofregeling: Het collectieve verlofsysteem (3 weken sluiting in de zomer, 1 week in de kerstperiode) past helemaal binnen jouw planning.
  • Houding & Competenties: Je bent initiatiefrijk, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en hebt inzicht in het werk (je ziet werk liggen en biedt spontaan hulp aan).
  • Teamplayer & Klantgericht: Je werkt vlot samen, bent communicatief, respectvol, beleefd en altijd klantvriendelijk. Een goedlachse en positieve ingesteldheid is een absolute ++!
  • Flexibiliteit: Je beschikt over de nodige flexibiliteit als werkzaamheden of planningen uitzonderlijk aangepast moeten worden.
  • Ervaring: Horeca-ervaring is een vereiste, ervaring in grootkeukens is een pluspunt. Motivatie en de juiste instelling wegen zwaarder!
  • Je kan rustig en efficiënt blijven werken tijdens drukke service- en piekmomenten.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken na de opleiding.

  • Strikt naleven en toepassen van de hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften (HACCP-regels).
