Voor Volvo Car Gent zoeken wij gemotiveerde en punctuele medewerkers voor de montageafdeling GC

Vaste dagen: Elke maandag en vrijdag

Contracttype: reguliere bijverdienste (geen flexijob)

Duur: Engagement van minstens 6 maanden

Als montagemedewerker in 2 ploegen zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat de productie vlot draait en dat de kwaliteit top blijft. Terwijl de productielijn loopt, monteer je nauwkeurig verschillende auto-onderdelen op de juiste plaats. Denk hierbij aan het monteren van deuren, bumpers of de bekabeling van de gloednieuwe wagens. Het is een actieve job met een stevig tempo, want er rollen maar liefst 51 wagens per uur van de productielijn! Iets voor jou?

Jouw takenpakket:

Het correct, veilig en nauwkeurig monteren van auto-onderdelen.

Je zorgt dat elk onderdeel binnen het strakke productietempo gemonteerd wordt en voldoet aan de kwaliteitsnormen van Volvo.

Repetitief, fysiek actief en gestructureerd werken is een must.

Je bent flexibel in het aanleren van werkposten. (geen voorkennis vereist- je leert alles vanaf nul aan op de werkvloer.)

Jouw werkrooster & beschikbaarheid

Vaste werkdagen: Je werkt wekelijks vast op maandag en vrijdag.2-ploegenstelsel: Je wisselt wekelijks af tussen:

Vroege ploeg: 05:15 - 13:15

Late ploeg: 13:15 - 21:15

Startdatum & duur: Opstart voorzien vanaf 01/01/2027 (eerdere opstart mogelijk in overleg en mits goedkeuring van Volvo). Je kunt je engageren voor een periode van minstens 6 maanden, langer mag uiteraard ook.

Verlofregeling: Verlof buiten de collectieve sluitingsperiodes van Volvo is niet mogelijk; je volgt het collectief verlof van de fabriek in zomer- en kerstvakantie.

Ervaring met auto's is niet vereist; motivatie, betrouwbaarheid en zin om met je handen te werken zijn voor ons het belangrijkst.

Bij Volvo draait de productielijn op een strak tempo. We zoeken dan ook talenten die uitblinken in betrouwbaarheid en stiptheid:

100% Beschikbaarheid en engagement: Je kunt je voor minstens 6 maanden tijd vrijmaken op elke maandag en vrijdag.Te laat komen of last-minute afzeggen brengt de productielijn in gevaar en wordt niet getolereerd. Ben je niet zeker van je agenda? Laat deze kans dan open voor een andere kandidaat.

Eigen vervoer & Mobiliteit:Gezien de vroege en late uren (start om 05:15 / einde om 21:15) dien je volledig zelfstandig onze site tijdig te bereiken. Geen vervoer hebben is geen geldige reden voor afwezigheid.

Punctueel & Hands-on mentaliteit:Stiptheid is een absolute must! De productielijn wacht op niemand: jouw team start en stopt exact op tijd aan de werkpost. We rekenen er dan ook op dat je altijd ruim voor aanvang van de shift aanwezig bent.

Tewerkstelling via een flexijob-statuut is niet mogelijk bij Volvo.
